Emmitt Wibiral

Residential Manager



Emmitt is the Residential Manager at Memphis Air Conditioning and Heating and brings more than 10 years of experience in the HVAC industry. Dedicated to both his work and his family, Emmitt is the proud father of two wonderful boys and husband to his wife, Sydney. Outside of work, Emmitt is deeply involved in youth baseball, coaching for a local travel baseball organization while also supporting his two sons as they pursue their passion for the game. If he is not helping customers or leading his team at Memphis AC and Heating, you will likely find him at the ball field coaching, cheering on his kids, and spending quality time with his family. Emmitt is passionate about helping others and always strives to do what is right. He believes every customer should be treated like family and works hard to ensure each homeowner receives honest guidance, exceptional service, and genuine care. His leadership, experience, and commitment to people make him a trusted and valued part of the Memphis AC and Heating team.

Bobby Cleveland

Residential Technician



Bobby is a devoted husband to his wife Brittany and a proud father of three children. With nearly a decade of experience as an HVAC technician serving the Memphis area, Bobby has built a reputation for being skilled, dependable, and customer focused. Outside of work, he is a fun-loving, family-driven man who enjoys fishing and spending quality time with his kids in the great outdoors. Known for his friendly personality and strong values, Bobby brings both professionalism and heart to every job he takes on. He is a valued and essential member of the Memphis Air Conditioning and Heating team.

Harley Mills

Residential Technician



Harley has been working in the trades since the age of 18 and brings more than 10 years of hands-on experience in both plumbing and HVAC. His extensive knowledge and strong work ethic make him a key part of both the install and service teams at Memphis Air Conditioning and Heating. Outside of work, Harley enjoys duck hunting, fishing, and spending time outdoors with his dog, Willow. Known for his big personality and friendly attitude, Harley quickly connects with customers—and their pets love him just as much as people do. His dedication, experience, and down-to-earth nature make him an important part of the team and someone customers trust and enjoy having in their homes.

Ben Mercado

Lead Installer

Ben serves as the lead installer for the residential team at Memphis Air Conditioning and Heating and is widely regarded as one of the best installers in the Memphis area. Ben takes great pride in delivering high-quality workmanship and making sure every installation is completed with care and precision. He is known for keeping customers’ homes clean and tidy throughout the installation process while ensuring each job site is organized, well managed, and completed to the highest standards. Beyond his skill and professionalism, Ben is one of the kindest people you will meet. Whether he’s changing light bulbs, taking out the trash for customers, or showing attention to their pets, Ben consistently goes above and beyond to make customers feel comfortable and cared for. Outside of work, he is an avid Pokémon and sports card collector, bringing the same passion and attention to detail to his hobbies that he does to his work every day

Quan Johnson

Technician

Quan is the newest member of the team at Memphis Air Conditioning and Heating. After graduating from HVAC trade school in November, Quan joined the company in March and has quickly become a valued and beloved part of the team. Known for his outstanding attitude, strong work ethic, and big friendly smile, Quan leaves a lasting impression on both coworkers and customers alike. Customers appreciate Quan for his genuine kindness and positive demeanor, making every interaction feel welcoming and personal. Whether he is assisting with new system installations or helping with routine preventative maintenance calls, Quan approaches every job with professionalism and care. His hardworking nature and unforgettable personality make him someone customers remember long after the job is complete.
